The down payment will be subtracted from this purchase price and buyer
will enter into a contract for the balance with monthly payments of $200.

Although most people in this area are respectful of their property (and of their
neighbor's), over time, we've sold a few properties to owners who were not so particular.

In order to protect your investment (and ours), we have set up a few simple restrictions.

1. No  building shall be constructed with square footage of less than 1,000 sq ft unless specific plans have been approved by Scenic Investments.  No shacks, trailers or single-wide mobile homes allowed except for job trailers, which will be permitted for up to one year while construction is underway. Double wide mobile homes permitted if set on permanent foundations, with axles and tongues removed.

2. No  "dead" cars, trash or debris allowed to collect on the premises.

3. No commercial livestock operations. Domestic farmyard animals are welcome. 

4. Lots shall not be subdivided.  

5.  Septic systems must be county approved.
